Disposal of acquired property complaints.

Within 30 working days after the issuance of Section 4 notice.

15 working days after the issuance of section 7 notice as per the time mentioned in the notice.

Compensation to the actual owners of the land

Arrangements are made to pay the compensation within 60 working days of the issuance of the Section 07 notice or submission of the estimated amount.

The real victims are the landlords, the tree-owners.

Compensation is paid by L, A check subject to the approval of the Deputy Commissioner / Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) after the Kanungo / Surveyor submits the report at the end of verification of the actual victim's documents.

02. Compensation for acquired land.
03. Acquired unused land resume.
04. Providing searching of acquired land.
05. Payment of salary allowance to working officers / employees.
07. Advance withdrawal from general provident fund, payment of leisure allowance, welfare fund, joint insurance, Final withdrawal of future fund deposits.
07. Sending monthly reports and sending the information required by the quoting authority.
