A front desk has been set up in room 112 of the deputy commissioner's office in Laxmipur to provide information and services to the people easily.

In order to provide fast public service through frontdesk, computers and telephones have been connected with internet facility. During the office hours from the front desk, under the supervision of an officer, two office assistants are providing various information to the people and assisting them in liaising with different departments. All citizens and official applications / letters related to the district administration are submitted at the front desk.
